Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

The Broker — What It Is

Tab Trade launched in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background is relevant. It says the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres banks and hedge funds use. Usually a new brokerage starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

The instrument list: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, shares, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that coverage is solid.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from one account. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Getting both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural once they try it.

FIX API is available for algo traders but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is apparently in the works. That would make the platform set when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. Zero deposit requirement. Suits beginners.

Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. Meaning your all-in cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade does not.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not relevant to the average person. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

Infrastructure

This is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. The average platform quote hundreds of milliseconds.

Does this affect you? If you scalp, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. But the fact that the setup is serious. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Put together that infrastructure with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get holds up. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.

Regulation

This is the detail that matters. Tab Trade is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No FCA. No investor compensation scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement costs real money. Dodgy operations do not bother with proper execution infrastructure. This does not guarantee anything. It should factor into your decision.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that is worth it is your call.

Welcome Offer

Tab Trade has a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical sign-up bonus. You put money in, TabTrade credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Read the conditions before funding.
